Last year my girlfriend got herself a 360, and after months of using it a fancy DVD player she got herself a little game called Fable 2 and she loved it. She started asking for games for special occasions and such. When I got round to getting her the games she requested she became excited about a new game Fable 3.

And here is the problem, she hated it. In fact she hated it so much she stopped playing and her 360 is now a DVD player again. It has been a few month since she has put down the controller.

My relationship doesn't ride on the factor but it was nice sharing a common interest I was really passionate about.

So any advice on how to get her back into the medium would be greatly appreciated (games, activities, etc). Oh and she enjoys fantasy games.

Thank you.

Oblivion, yeah some people say it sucks, but it might draw her in.

Possibly Skyrim when it comes out.. I'm not sure if xbox's are backwards compatible anymore, but if they are, get the original Fable..

I wish I could help more..

Dragon Age 2.

Despite what people say (which is based on what they wanted, not what they got) it is a good game that I think might work for your Girlfriend.

Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age. I know 3 women who enjoy gaming a bit and all loved Fable 2, but didn't quite like Fable 3.

But they all absolutely loved Mass Effect 2 with a passion, and Dragon Age (except for complaints about the controls on console versions).

It's tough though with people who game occassionally, controls are intuitive for them, they have different expectations, but I'd start there.
