So here's an idea for discussion... what were your attempts at making your own? Or, if you're already in the process - or, alternatively, if you already have, lay it on the table. Tell us. Maybe we can trade tips. My friends and I are working on a Native American themed 2D RPG and a Metroidvania-esque sidescroller based on the legends on the spider trickster god Anansi.
It's a complicated process, but we're getting there. How about you guys?
