So, the other day I made my way to the public library, and found myself renting out a number of comic books; among them was the spectacular "Captain America: Winter Soldier", along with a "Shaman King" book and a number of .hack manga (specifically, the first issues of //Legend of the Twilight, //G.U.+ and //XXXX), and alas, now I'm hooked. I gots to get my .hack on. So, Escapist, now I come to you; where should I go from here? What's the best place to start with .hack? One of the numerous PS2 games, perhaps? The anime? Continuing with one of the manga? As I understand, the franchise is a labyrinth of installments, and honestly I'm lost as to where I should begin. So I implore you, fellows of the 'Pist, help a brother out! Where is the starting point to the way of life that is .hack?
