Giant robots

What is your favorite giant robot in any form of media? It does not matter whether they have a pilot of full AI so long as they are giant and robotic.

Mine has BGY11 "Big Guy", he is a patriotic catch phrase spewing giant robot piloted by a sarcastic ornery pilot. Plus his abilities were applied fairly consistently for a cartoon robot (I am looking at you M.E.G.A.S.) and theme song is cool http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ekY5QUltwT4

Honorable mention goes to Optimus prime who was too short for me to consider him giant.

I'd have to say I loved the Robotech robots they were awesome.

That robot from Big O. Actually I think that that was the name of the robot. I don't know why though. I think its because he double punches other robots in the face and destroys their head. Plus he has lasers and I enjoyed the show.
