I have watched Zero Punctuation for the longest time now, and today I finally made an account but I cant get my .gif avatar I use for all my forums (like Gametrailers) to work here.

If your gif is bigger than 75 per 75 pixels than the forum uploader will auto-resize it.
What this means is that your moving image will be transformed into a still one because some data is lost in the conversion.

how can i re size the .gif?

Anyway, photoshop should be what you need. If you dont have it and your seerious about wanting this avatar, you could probably get it done at the nearest kinkos for a few bucks.
