gif. help

Hi I'm having a little problem with my gif avatar. Hes suppost to move but doesn't. I animated it at http://picasion.com then uploaded it to photobucket (http://s876.photobucket.com/albums/ab327/Mariakitten/?action=view&current=Yourimageisloading.gif) and it works at each of those sites but when I used the URL option to make it my avatar it no longer works. Has anyone else had this problem? Please help. =]

Photobucket is always a pain in the ass with direct links

If not, doesn't matter, they're quick enough to edit anyway.
