GIF HELP!!!

Ok so I've been doing everything I can to resize my gif for my Avatar, but to my surprise, Tinypic and ImageShack can't seem to reduce the size small enough to suit The Escapists Limitations as of now.

So my question is; "Does anyone know where I can find 75x75 gifs or know a site that would let me reduce them to that size?"

If you can give me a link to the original gif, I'll resize it for you.
Although, if it is over 100kb in size, it still won't work, and I don't have the programs to solve that.

Eh, well, there are those in the Avatar store who can reduce the size, at a slight loss to quality. You may still want to check that one out, see if the result is worth it.
I've done my time in and for that group, so now I just answer random calls for help and do what I can. I can usually be on the thread before the store, seeing as they wait for users to go to them >.>

i use something callled any video converter, if you download the youtube video as an flv, this software can convert it. you can also adjust dimensions of video, bitrate and sound quality. i just have a firefox addon for downloading you tube videos.

try searching on download.com, at least you can be sure the files are safe to download.
