so im new and i have this gif i want as an avitar on here how do i do that
(i know its a newbie question and sorry if this has been done already)

It has to be 75 x 75 and under 100kb. If you're a Publisher's club member, it can be 100 x 100 and has a 200kb limit.

If that still doesn't help, go to the Avatar Store [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/groups/view/The-Avatar-Store-New-and-Second-Hand] and ask for help there.
