Gift advice

My fellow Escapists, i would like some advice:
I have a friend, she's a chick and her birthday is coming up, she lives kind of far away for the moment, so i have to mail her gift to her. I havnt got much of a limit, but id prefer to keep it within double digits. She's turning 19 and she's a total Harry Potter freak, for her 18th i bought her a necklace, which she liked. Should i go with Jewlerry again? or does that seem like i want to get in her pants doing that? or should i keep it simple and go with perfume or something? I have a way to send her flowers (Which i shall) but any other ideas would be great =)

First off, and don't take this the wrong way but 'she's a chick' was completely unnecessary.

Anyway, timing might be a bit off but getting the Harry Potter 1-7 Complete Edition (films) is a good start.

As for jewelry, get her something different, such as a bracelet or earrings (you know you're in with a bit of shout when she opts to wear both i.e. necklace and new item) but make sure it's something aesthetically understated (i.e. friend gift, not future boyfriend gift).

To be fair, I'm not that good at picking out gifts without knowing the individual in question for a while.

Someone else has probably got a much better idea...

Well i am interested in her, but it just wouldnt work. Im just getting her a gift as her best friend. But i dont want her to think im getting her nice things just to get her into bed, which im not, i just want to make her feel special

As it's the end of the movies themselves this is probably the ultimate time for memorabilia to be floating around, try to find some kinda classy (not awful and mass-produced) memoribilia of Harry Potter. If she's as big a fan as you make out she'll be psyched!
(Disclaimer: I could always be wrong. Girls are girls, and sometimes they just want shiny things.)

Well i am interested in her, but it just wouldnt work. Im just getting her a gift as her best friend. But i dont want her to think im getting her nice things just to get her into bed, which im not, i just want to make her feel special

Then you are set with jewelry, as long as it's not super expensive.
