Given a choice, what would you augment?

Say you got given a choice to get a single transhuman augmentation. First, would you? Second, if you would, what?

I'm thinking the contact lenses in the Sarif Industries tv spot. They look awesome, subtle, and useful.

What would I choose? I honestly don't know because I haven't played the game sadly. However I'd like something that would allow me to see better as I have poor eye-sight, I'd get an augment that prevents my skin from breaking out and also to make it tougher against abrasions.

Finally my last augment would be a learning chip, something that would better allow me to learn things so I can pick up new skills much more easily.

Ok, assuming I don't need to take some stupid pill to stop my body from trying to kill the augment...

My eyes. definitely. I have a "Stigmatism" (I think it's called) in one of my eyes. Meaning my sight will keep slowly degrading. I would REALLY like to have that fixed permanently (laser surgery would only cure it for a short while, and I don't want to give up my glasses, only to have to re-get used to them after).

That, and having an n eye camera, and night vision would be AWESOOOOOOME!

my arms. and i would want a grappling hook in one hand, a shotgun under-barrel on the other. and i would want a scope attachment slot on the inner arms. so i can add a scope to grapple. plus, infrared scope on my arms.
then i can be a bounty hunter.

I'd probably go for internal computer w/ HUD like Generic Gamer up there. Otherwise Fixing eye sight, or a new leg for my bum knee, or replace my left arm, just to have a mechanically strong arm, possibly with a blade in it.

I was thinking this as well, also, build-in zoom function. Maybe even LAZOR! Also, bild in toggleable shade lenses.

Also, i don't see the big loose with the eyes, if you had your hands swapped for robotics, you'd loose all sense of touch, but with the eyes, you would still keep what they originally offered. Heck, you could even keep one eye intact, adding all the juicy stuff to only one.
Imagine hacing only lazor in one eye, and wearing Cyclops from x-mens kind of shades, only in monacle form. You could be a gentleman of destruction.

I'd have a memory chip, or something. I have a photographic memory...depending on what it is the memory is deciding to photograph, these days. It can be too selective since I came off the medication I was on for a few years and I'm not happy about it.

Failing that, I'd say my eyes. I am badly myopic, and being able to even see somewhat normally (well, as normally as you can with augmentations) would be far nicer than seeing the world as I do currently without my glasses or contact lenses.

i'd augment my legs specificaly so that i could jump higher/more easely and have my bones be a bit more flexibel so they break less easely and could bent slightly that would allow me to do al sorts of awsome stunts

I was born with a left arm that doesn't extend beyond 90 degrees. Surgery to rectify it is not an option since I might lose the full use of my left hand. I guess I'd have a pop-up cellphone built into the thing because why the heck not?

i would probably get an aug for my left arm, mostly because the bones in my left arm are pretty weak and break easily. i also wouldn't mind if i didn't have to take those shots.
