Cant rememeber the last time (before this)that i gave up to peer pressure

I remeber just a month aago there was this highschool acution ( besically you can buy a 12th grader to do stuff for you like carry books, piggie backs or other stuff)The girls soccer team was at 45$ so my friend (joking) said "won't it be funny if you got all 5 girls" and instanly I raise my hand and wasted 50$ just to not use the girls at all(feel like a pig having a girl carry books for me)even though the guys gave me respect for doing that (even girls)I lost all my money I was going to use for the Fallout NV DLC or saints row.

Anyway, tell me your stories

Lol, I wouldnt worry too much, your not missing out on much by not getting the games. Tbh I think the money was better spent on the girls :p

You should have given then something to do though, preferably in pairs cos if nothing else they will thank you for not having to spend the day in lessons :p

Ive let myself get pushing into going to a night club. Best thing I ever did. Solidified my friendships with some 5 or 6 ppl and given me times I will cherish for the rest of my life.

Let myself get pushed into a fight with a kid from school. Even as I went to the fight (yeah I know right) I couldnt remember what it was over. Regret that to this day. But a valuable lesson. One I will never forget.

A few years after the above fight Iwas in art and made a joke at the expense of a girl who was a bit of a loner. She didnt really have any friends cos she had a lisp. I actually made fun of her name however and it got loads of laughs. didnt take me long to start feeling bad and Im still ashamed of that moment to this day. I hope I will one day get the chance to apologise. I had a rough time of it in primary school and even lower secondary. At that moment, in retrospect, I became my tormentors. Not proud of it. But again, a lesson never to forget.

Thinking about it if I didnt did it maybe I wouldn't have met one of the greatest friend ever.

Your right the only good DlC for NV was Old world blues and I heard its going ot be at sell

Maybe peer presure isnt as bad as I thought though seen what it does to people I know which leaves the opposite effect

People often percive peer presser as only a bad thing. In truth all those things that you only do because your friends convince you to try to, like for example how many people get into sports team are all a result of peer pressure. The key it to hold it in moderation.

If it makes you feel any better, you spent $50 on being a gentleman and saving five girls from a day of physical labour. That should definitely earn you some respect.

As for myself, the best example I can think of is giving in to peer pressure and joining my college's boat club in my first year. All those early mornings felt like a big turn off before I joined, but I'm still rowing a year and a half later and loving it.

Never bowed to peer pressure. It has never once occurred to me to do so. I follow my own mind, I know what is right to do by myself, nobody else does.

The last time I gave in to peer pressure was when I bought Fallout 3 three years ago when all my WoW friends kept talking about it.

It ended up being one of my best game purchases ever. :D
