Yeah, they have a script for that, but they also prioritize a lot of things. Sales are a busy time, that bundle is no longer up, if the screen cap was taken when it -was- up, it's either at the beginning, or at the end of it's time on sale. Which all sorts of weird things happen.
I've had a game cost -4 dollars before. Adding it to your cart will be the real price, it's just a glitch in the store usually, not the actual database.
Also all of the indie bundles, when they were on sale, were 9.99.
