I don't currently own any apple products and I'm not keen to own any but I would buy an iphone just for this ... I kid you not. My love for Portal inspired things knows no bounds.
If a jealbreak plugin to do this does not show up on Cydia within 1 month of release I will have forever lost all faith in teh internets/there is no god.

Why should it just be GLaDOS? Why can't we have the option of making our AI assistant sound/act like SHODAN, HAL 9000, AM, or any other malevolent AI?
guys, if you really want this just mod your desktop sounds every time you receive an email ( or pretty-much any action, probably even more if you enable accessibility options sounds ) you can make your pc say things like
'Yay, more spam! how do I get the short end of the stick that is your pathetically mind numbing existence? don't you ever do anything interesting? like go walk in the park with the woman of your dreams? no, you don't. because your a horrible person and nobody likes you, that's why i have to sift through all this spam.'
i would pay good money to have that put on someone's pc without them knowing.
just go sample glados voice from the game, internet or wherever you like. then cut it together in an audio program
it would take work, but it's completely possible
i'd like a scale that says
'most people loose weight overnight, congratulations on beating the odds.'
ah glados.. you can put it in anything.
