Considering it is from Fringe, it sounds like notes made by Doctor Walter, especially considering that his name is in the URL. He does tend to go on like that a lot. However, it may have been inspired by Portal, but we can only guess at that. And as to what Lews Therin said, Portal+Acid+CSI most definitely equals Fox TV Premier. It's actually quite a good show. Creepy at times, but it definitely has its share of eccentric characters (like when The Observer orders a chicken sandwich and a glass of room-temperature water, puts seven jalepenos on it, dumps a pepper shaker on top of that, douses the sandwich liberally with Tabasco, eats the whole thing, watches an explosion, and then takes a sip of the water and leaves).
