Anyone else ever get the feeling that if Obama actually passes his health care reform that Glenn Beck would literally go crazy and start throwing feces at the cameras and banging his head into a wall? I dunno, just my random thoughts.

Obama will pass a healthcare reform, but it will not be his. If the passed bill contains neither a public option or single payer system, it represents an enormous loss for Obama and the liberal progressive movement. They will however, try to spin it as a win.
Glenn Beck will probably call any reform without the public option and single payer system a huge conservative win, and proof of what he and his pitchfork wielding mob can accomplish.

Glenn Beck is an act. Just like Rush Limbaugh, Howard Stern, Micheal Moore, and all other radio/TV "personalities". The way they get viewers (positive and negative) are through their extreme views. Angry viewers are still viewers.

Glenn Beck is only a raging conservative now because he saw what Rush Limbaugh was doing and figured he could make a lot of money being a loud-mouth goof. For most of his career he's been a middle-of-the-road libertarian (meaning that while he's had radical pro-liberty views, he's been fairly mild expressing them).
When Obama's supporters win (and they WILL, in some form), Beck, like Limbaugh, will celebrate. Because the longer liberals are in power and winning, the more material these guys have to make a scene about. And that's how they make their money.
If you genuinely think Beck cares about politics, you need to read more about him and realize what his job really is.

The problem is people like him and Rush are a serious detriment to people out there who only get their information from people like them. They get this unfiltered hogwash and then they think the same way because it is the only opinion they are getting. Bill Mahr said something very smart the other day. He said something to the effect that the health care bill needs to be pushed through because people are dumb. And for the most part people are uneducated and just listen to certain things whether or not they are right and hop on board. People don't get straight facts without all this spin on it. I mean just look at what happened when Palin invented the whole death panel scare...
