Glitches you've discovered

Me and a friend of mine were having a nostalgic session of tony hawk pro skater 3 on the ps2 last night, and we discovered that if you activate giant mode, full stats, snowboard, perfect grind then jump on one of the small round thingies on the tokyo map (the ones with the floating cubes on them) pause, then activate expert mode, your skater spins faster and faster in widening circles until they fly out of the map. you enter an empty grey void where all you can do is rotate in any direction.

This led me to wonder what other crazy glitches people have discovered. discuss!!

Grigori tbags when he shoots a pistol in Gmod, but not in any of the other games.
It is impossible to beat SMOD Tactical, because Alyx will die before you even meet her-ending the mission.

I know i couldn't have been the first to find it, but Missingno from Pokemon Red/Blue. Good times. I ended up ruining my friend's Pokemon Yellow save because i traded him a one. Oops.

In the original super smash bros., if you end your falcon kick perfectly on the edge of the platform, you fall down in the get up animation instead of cancelling into the fall animation. Instant death on any map (unless you ended on a platform above the main one). This works in melee and brawl too but you can recover from it. Even when your using Ganon.
