Is there a goat pokemon? If not, should there be one?

Probably.

Haven't played since Ruby/Sapphire or whatever they were called. It would surprise me if there wasn't.

And there should be one, if only for the 'Eat Garbage' move - x9000 health boost if the enemy player litters, or something like that.
