I enjoyed the lastest (or at leats i think its the lastest) Godzilla film (Godzilla: Final Wars)where he battled pretty much every monster he has battled with in the past. Also watching the US Godzilla (Zilla), get fucked over.
Its the only Japanese GZ i watched fully. I like Mothra

The early Japanese Godzilla movies kicked so much ass. Even some the other Godzilla related monsters were awesome Gigan, Desodroya, Mechagodzilla. Then came the year 1998 and us Americans tried to capture the big epicness of it only to fail so hard.

They were fun to watch, but I don't miss them.

Grew up on Godzilla. Although, my most memorable moment from the series was the Gratuitous English pronunciation of Helicopter, "Hee-lo-copter!"
Those movies were so much win. I wouldn't mind a new movie.
