The cheapest. But if everythings equal I always go with GOG and Steam is my last resort (of places I will use) if I cant get the game anywhere else at a reasonable price (or at all) then I use their service.

Humble Bundle first then the others...
I've never purchased a truly old game on humble bundle though. I'd imagine GoG is still your source for 80's and 90's software where compatibility might be a concern.
Humble Bundle does have all sorts of games that shouldn't be too taxing on one's system. Arcade games like Death Spank, I would hope, aren't too taking. On the precipice of Darkness another.

And if your system can't play the type of game that works on older android phones, get thee to a computer show and spend $150 on a system that can handle it! There's stuff out there that can out-perform a gen 7 console that costs less than one of those. Worth doing IMHO.

I'd go with Steam just because of cloud saves. If you ever end up playing the same game on a different computer, you can pick up your progress right where you left it.

I think the first post summed it up quite nicely. As for Humble Bundle... The store has always seemed really overpriced(some games I got from a bundle for <$1 could be up to $30 there) and the bundles have been, imo, crap for the past months.
I prefer Steam over GoG myself. I like having all my digital games in one list, where I can easily play and install/uninstall them.

If you're intrested in indie games there's a great site that tracks bundles, both indie and regular, that I use.

While I do own most of my games through steam, my library of games from gog.com and Humble Store are also quite sizeable. Since I prefer to own a drm free versions of games I tend to look at gog.com or Humble first to see if they sell a drm free version. Plus gog.com have excellent customer service and Humble Store does a lot to help devs and various charities so giving them money makes gives a satisfying feeling. The only other deciding factor for me is if I can get a Linux version too, something Steam and Humble offer but gog.com does not at the moment[footnote]Though most games run fine through wine and Linux has native Dosbox and SCUMMVM anyway[/footnote].

So for Indies and older games I either go Humble or GOG.com price, drm and Linux version dependent. Then Steam for more recent titles that don't have any drm free options.

Another place to consider is http://groupees.com/. It's very similar to humble bundle.

I purchased the be mine 11 group yesterday and have had a nice play around with a few of the games on there.
