Most of the good titles have already been mentioned so I'll move onto one that hasn't been mentioned yet that I think is good (in my opinion) and a title coming up on the horizon that I think FPS fans might like.
Personally I snapped up Metal Slug Anthology for the Wii when I got mine, mostly because I'm a big fan of the series and enjoy that kind of run-and-gun sidescrolling goodness.
As for an upcoming title, this coming March, High Voltage Software plans to unveil their hopefully amazing Quantum3 engine they developed specifically for the Wii, with their new FPS called "The Conduit". Basically the engine is designed to deliver Metroid Prime 3/MOH Heroes 2 level of controls along with high-end graphics that could be comporable to Xbox 360 or PS3 titles (I say could be comparable, after all it's the Wii and I'm not expecting a miracle). Baiscally it's a standard sci-fi "aliens using portals to invade earth, you must stop them" kind of deal but that's not necessarily a bad thing. They're also planning on online multiplayer with voicechat, not sure how well that'll work but hey, optimism's a funny thing
anyway more info on it could be found @: http://wii.ign.com/objects/142/14248157.html
