Okay so just about everyone here knows that the WBC had their site taken down. Well its still down or no longer there. Google searches used to yield a link to the site when it was first taken down. But now it just links to the Wikipedia page and youtube videos.

For discussion value:

Do you think that having a site get taken down just because you do not agree with it is right?

I am not just referring to the WBC sites I am referring to ANY site you don't agree with anywhere from 4chan to this site to facebook.

Since some people are misinformed about this Anon DID NOT take down the WBC sites the sites were already down before they did the thing on the online talk show.

Your question muddies the waters in a way which is deceptive. WBC didn't get taken down because of a difference in opinion. WBC got taken down because of their baiting media tactics.

The WBC stood for something, something I don't agree with, but something, it shouldn't of been taken down. They didn't take it down because they didn't agree with them, they did it because they were blaming them for a crime they didn't commit, and then challenging them to do it. LONG LIVE ANONYMOUS!!!!!!!

WBC was taken down because it was pissing off Anonymous and then the person who did eventually kill it, not because of its views. I wouldn't have stood for the latter, but the former seems like a pretty valid reason. Pissing off and intentionally baiting hackers is never a good idea.

Anonymous didn't take the WBC sites down they changed what was posted on 1 of their sites because they had enough of them calling them out. It was a different hacker that took down the WBC sites and he has taken down multiple other sites for good so I am not surprised that these sites are still down.

How does it come off as deceptive? It was taken down because the person didn't agree with them.

Again with you the WBC sites were down for at least 2 days BEFORE the WBC changed their download site.
