Does anyone actually know of any, besides the overplayed ear grating holly jolly garbage that usually comes with this time of the season? Just curious to see if there are any little gems out there that the Escapist knows of.

I myself have one, White Wine in the Sun, by Tim Minchin

Anyone else have any?

"The Night Santa Went Crazy" by Weird Al is the best Christmas song ever.

Besides being an epic song, I love how "Fairytale of New York" sounds like an incredibly cheery chirstmas song and then goes in an entirely different direction...

We have a handy youtube tag for such occassions. For example, with this link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=902wZ9XHsIo

copy everything after the '=' and put it after 'youtube=' in brackets, like so: [youtube=902wZ9XHsIo]

Basic markup is here. Embed-type markup beyond youtube exists, but each of their video (or other media) identifiers are less easily-recognizable, so a guide to them would be difficult at best.
