Futurama and How I met your Mother. I'd list more but they're old.

Not really a comedy but Top Gear (British version) is freakin' hilarious......and they have amazing cars.

I hope the American version doesn't suck...something tells me it will.

Well, pretty much every show I would recommend has been suggested -- except for WKRP in Cincinatti. It's from the 70's, but it holds up extremely well today -- I love it, and not only am I a 90's child, but I usually hate sitcoms. Cheers should be good too, but I haven't seen enough to really suggest it.

Edit: I just realized that people have been suggesting cartoons as well. Watch Animaniacs and Tiny Toon Adventures. Just do it. Now. Once you're done, you can move on to the other Spielberg cartoons from the 90's if you want, but those two were the funniest.

Well if you want more of a WTF comedy i'd have to go with Ugly Americans, seriously disturbed show.

Dinner Ladies I would recommend. It?s pretty short though with only two seasons unfortunately.
Other than that, Scrubs and Blackadder.

- or Sitcoms.

I am a huge fan of good Comedy shows and again i ran out of material to watch.

The last ones i watched or still watch are for example

Black Books
IT-Crowd
Big Bang Theory
Better Off Ted
How i met your Mother
Modern Family
Look around you

What have i missed out so far?
My series addiction needs new material!
You have excellent taste and stole most of mine. But I recommend Scrubs, the Middle and (if you can find it) Whose Line is it Anyway.

I agree with Arrested Development, it's so well written, you can watch it a second time round and pick up jokes that went straight past you the first time. I also recommend Weeds, it isn't a comedy but it is funny as fuck at moments, I watch it most times with at least a grin on my face. Archer and Aqua Teen Hunger Force are both good too, Archer is only 1 season at the moment, but ATHF has like 100 episodes of sheer retardedness, I mainly watch it just for the ending. Oh, and Curb Your Enthusiasm and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

Ugh...not a lot of taste here...
Start with The State. Then go on to Upright Citizen's Brigade, Stella, and maybe even Kids in the Hall. Kick Ass is a must see...Obviously South Park as well.

Avoid anything with laugh tracks or stand up where audiences clap rather than laugh.
