Good handheld game

At the end of the month I'll be going on a 10 hour car trip with my family, and I was hoping I could get a great handheld game to make it easier to deal with my younger sister. I have a DS and most of the "mainstream" games, pokemon super mario 64 DS, it was recently my birthday so money isn't a problem (most handheld games are cheap anyway) any suggestions are welcome.

I have one of those. (Black or white not sure) And I plan to bring my Kindle, i do love to read, it just I don't have the light yet so I need something to do when it gets dark. I honestly thought the Kindle's screen had a backlight, should have figured they would get the extra $15 for the attachable light

I had looked at FF4 before and read good reviews about it. Has anyone played Radiant Historia? It looks good but I don't know anyone who's played it
