Good horror game for streaming?

I was planning on streaming a horror game for PC on my Livestream channel for my friends soon, and I'd like some suggestions. I'm looking for survival horror and point-and-click, mostly - doesn't matter if it's an old game, freeware, a game mod or whatever, if you think it's good suggest away. :3

I think I recall reading about some survival-horror mod that uses the Source Engine, and may be free. I'll try and hunt it down for you. May have been covered by the News Room a while ago.
