Good hotseat games

My friends and I like to sit down for a good ol bout of heroes and might and magic every nowa nd again.. shame is we can never finish a game in one sitting

Anyway, do you know of any good hotseat games? Worms is obvious, but it nevr caught on with my other friends for some reason.. then theres civ 4, which could be fun, but would suffer from the same problem of the games lasting waaay too long

Some strategy being involved would be preferred
