I just got back from boot camp and found that my computer won't turn on, so it's time to buy a new one. Since I'll be moving around and space will be an issue in the near future, I'm thinking that I should get a laptop this time around. The only problem is that it's been about four years since I spent time researching good specs for a gaming computer, and I don't really have the time to go through that pain in the ass this time around. I don't need to run Crysis 2 at max or anything, I just want, say, Mass Effect 3 and my Steam library of Source games to run smoothly.The forum search didn't really give me what I need. I have about $1000 to spend, but that can be flexible if need be. So, what are good specs for a gaming laptop?
