Good movies

I searched and looked through a couple of pages, looking for some tips about good movies to watch, and I really can't find any.
It seems there are only topics about bad movies, and bad video game movies and so on and so forth.

So I'd like you guys to recommend some good movies to watch, any genre style and whatever.. just movies you found good.

I guess I have to recommend a couple to start with, so here goes:
Black Christmas(1974) don't ever watch the new version, only the original.
Boondock Saints(1999) I guess since I'm of irish heritage it just adds to the fun of seeing irish people beat russians up.
Dumb and Dumber(1994) Just watch if you haven't.

You're kidding right? There are loads of good movie recommendation threads if you use the search button (or there at least should be).

Check out the user reviews section for some films as well because they'll give you more of an idea if a film is right for you.

But me, I'm gonna recommend A Scanner Darkly, Rock n Rolla, Taken, Man On Fire and Unleashed as some must watches.

yo dude, first off, boondock saints rocks, possibly my favourite movie of all time.

a really good movie i found was death note, and you may also want to watch the anime that came before it.

another would also be the new punisher war zone, an amazing action packed film
