Futurama is one of the only three TV shows I ever bothered to buy on DVD. (Next to Rome and Green Wing)
What makes me love it and not just like it is the way you actually start caring for the characters and the show's not afraid to be serious from time to time.

Dr Zoidberg is second only to Southparks Butters on the greatness scale. Zoidy should get his own spin off show.
My all time favourite animated series. It dicks on Simpsons, South Park, American Dad and yes... even Family Guy.
Proper continuity, fantastic writing, storylines that are actually interesting as opposed to just a reason for the jokes and it's never had to resort to just being "random" to get laughs.
Plus Zap Brannigan and Nixon's head are the funniest cartoon characters ever.

Haha... anyway, Futurama. Do you like it? Hate it? Are you indifferent towards it? I love the show, personally. It's got such an off-beat sense of humour about it, and I think overall it's a really underrated show. Comments?

I love Futurama, it ranks among my favorite shows of all time as number one or two. It's unarguably better than the Simpsons, and yet Fox refuses to pick it back up. I've bought all the DVDs, all three of the movies that are out so far, and I plan to buy the fourth when it comes out.
And yes, I ended up reading that post in the Professor's voice without thinking about it. And this part of the post as well. Heck every time I see the word professor I read it in his voice.

Hell, he does all the best ones! Fry, Zoidberg, Zack Brannigen, The Professor, Nixon. He did Stimpy like you mentioned, but he also did Ren for quite awhile too. He also did some Looney Tunes characters and some of the voices in a little unknown show called The Oblongs, which I really liked while it was on Adult Swim.
