I remember growing up in the 90's and the Nickelodeon channel being at the top of its game. Not only did it the most awesome of cartoons, but it had some good sitcoms as well, y'know ones that had some genuine comedy and didn't have to shove funny into our faces.

One of my personal favorites of the sitcoms was Salute your Shorts a show about the woes of summer camp.

Anyone else got some fond memories of the channel that once was good but now is a big resounding meh?

I only remember Rugrats, which I watched when I was 10. Other than that, I was more of a Cartoon Network boy.

I maintain that Rocko's Modern Life was the best show on that network. I was so sad when it disappeared ):

Rocko's Modern Life rocked, along with its various sexual inuendos, which I am now old enough to appreciate and find quite hilarious.

But best show on the network was Invader Zim by a mile. That show was not only funny, but it was also very dark. That whole cartoon had a dark feel to it. Every episode was very eeire to me in some way.

Only decent thing I've seen come from them lately was Avatar the last airbender.
