Well, my GF would feed me my own balls if I gave that to her for ANY reason. Let alone valentines... but I don't know your GF. If you know her well enough to know she'll like it, sure. Otherwise, don't risk it.

Really it depends on your relationship and what she likes, there's no default present (at least not one I know of). But then I've found whatever I seem to get my girlfriend it'll just end up in a draw never to see sunlight again
