Google streaming servers down

I am finding that recently Google's streaming servers are going down fairly often. Right now I am completely unable to watch anything on Youtube or play anything using Google Music on my PC or my Phone. Has anybody else noticed this happening?

Youtubes been fine for me for the past few days, can't speak for Google Music. Was having trouble a couple of weeks back, but I got around that by exporting the URL's too VLC player. Then they worked beautifully.

Well, nothing's going wrong on my en- *video ad stops loading* Okay... "Refresh" should do the trick... *minutes later* Why are all these ads "unkippable" all of a sudden?? *more minute later*

I... think there might be a "slight" problem at hand... unless by the time I reply, it's suddenly working again... (Reminds me when the power went out in my neighborhood twice in one day... then again just three days later in the dead of night for only two minutes...)

It usually goes away after a while but it seems to be happening more and more frequently.

I had one video act up on me at youtube. However, it seems very much to be an issue with just that video as others worked fine. Other than the whole mess of the comments system now I haven't had any real issues in quite a while.
