The whole "sending tons of keys to every user" is obviously some sort of marketing technique Valve uses but I just don't understand it...

Just replace hats with DOTA keys and it'll make perfect sense.

That's because you have to HAVE Dota 2 before they start sending you Dota 2 keys =P

I managed to sell my extras on the Steam Market, but I do have two left to give away!
