Got some Borderlands questions...

Hi! I am planning to buy borderlands soon (Yeah, kind of late) and have some questions.
Question number 1. If i buy Borderlands on pc in a store, do i get a steam cd key?
Question number 2. Do i need steam to play Borderlands?
Question number 3. Should i buy it on 360 or pc?

I would suggest 360, I own it on PC but playing with others is such a huge pain in the ass, and as surprising as it is 360 has a better network play system.

Don't get the PC version. Local multiplayer and controllers, plus this:

#2. Comes with its own connection game-finding service.
#3. Xbox. Better graphics without worrying about Framerate. Also, the Online matching system is better. There were some issues w/PC, but I think most were fixed. Also, you can actually have a friend over and play split-screen.
