Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go
Gotta go fast, gotta go fast,
Gotta go faster, faster, faster, faster, faster...

So basicly games (or parts of games) where you really feel the speed, not that you are going that fast but you damn well feel like it.

Crazy Taxi
You are bound to hit shit on the way but still keeping the same speed because of that instant acceleration.

OutRun 2
Once those tight corners start to show up its like the game gets even faster.

Saints Row 4: Shaundi Loyalty Mission (the part starts at 5:38)

Its not even that you go that fast but that song really cranks up the notion of speed.

Hotline Miami
Sure, its an odd choice since you never really go that fast but the game does make the player feel like everything suddenly goes 5 times faster then it usually does when shit hits the fan

So yeah, these are just some of mine, what are some that you know of? (no Sonic allowed)

Crazy Taxi always seemed really slow to me, especially in the Arcade...

I think the sense of speed in the Burnout games is pretty awesome.
Agreed with this, I feel the Burnout series really nails this down well.

Need for Speed Underground and Underground II did a good job too IMO.
It was great because the higher tier cars really did feel faster (I mean, they were faster in the game engine as well).

Don't think anything has topped F-Zero GX in that regard for me. Ludicrously fast-paced gameplay with incredible music to hype it up even more.

I've always found GTA games really nail that sense of speed. Also Sleeping Dogs did it really well too.
