I currently have a GTX 650 Ti graphics card (shown here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121686) that I got back in April of 2013. I've been satisfied with it, but now it seems to be malfunctioning.
Everything on my screen sometimes displays at a very low framerate, but yet my computer isn't saying there is an issue. For example, I'm playing WoW, and the game is saying my framerate is over 150 FPS, but it looks like it's maybe a tenth of that.
Is this just the video card getting old? Should I get a new one, or is there a fix for this?
