I've come to the realtization that my machina is crap, and the number of graphics cards out there are overwhelming. So I ask you, humble perusers of the Escapist Forums, to aid me in my quest.

Something Microsoft built of the Direct3D build (Obviously.). The best ratio of goodness/price possible, with my limit capped at about 80$ (USD). Pixel shader version of a certain highness (lowest possible 1.0, which is, ya know, the lowest possible.) and something I don't really know: XNA Framework Reach profile.

Thanks for your time.

You could probably look at maybe a nVidia GTX440. It runs Pixel Shader at 2.0+ and isn't that bad, plus its roughly about $80 USD.

The NVIDIA 9500's are pretty cheap their not the latest but they still run very well, my 1GB version which cost i think it was £40 (around $66 according to xe.com) when i had it, it could handle GTA IV and Crysis very well, and if i remember correctly they support OpenGL 2.1 (since i was using it for the Dolphin Gamecube Emulator), along with shader model 4.0, which from the sounds of what you want is more than enough.

What exactly do you need it for if you don't mind me asking and i can probably give you a better suggestion.
