Graphics Cards Comparisons

Hey, I'm looking for an overhaul of my aging AGP system, and after a lot of though, I have decided on this card (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102730).

I was wondering; is there a tool on the net able to compare this to other cards, like a PCI-E card?
