I've always been a fan of this ad, if it is horridly shortened for the TV version.

Of course, the LO ad doesn't tell you that it's a turn based RPG, and the Bayonetta ad doesn't show you any of the gameplay, merely relying on quotes. And the Dr. Mario ad...

Pretty much anything for the N64 had an awesome commercial

I really enjoyed The Orange Box spots, even though (back then) I had no idea what the hell it was... I thought it was a system ._.

And I will admit I enjoyed the Bioshock 2 commercials. Mainly for the song.
