I mean, I get that. It's the contrast to the rest of the game, you know? You go through a whole game of bombastic orchestras and Latin chanting, and then the boss hits you with the 'plin plin plon' like a freight train.

The mist cave or Into the Darkness as I suppose its actually called, is still one of my favorite ff songs.

Playing death stranding 2 everytime a low roar song comes on I just wanna stop playing and out on a whole album to lose self in instead. Then I remember the lead band member died not long ago and the urge grows only stronger




Gotta credit them for making my Peter griffin with his pile of skulls song too, whenever the darkness takes over, this vibes well (apart from the last few seconds of noise wtf you thinking there low roar I gotta keep panicking to end it prematurely every time lol) Also for some reason it feels like it was made to sync perfectly with the Scottish movie "Calibre" - no other unrelated song has so strongly come with such a persistent feeling it's kinda almost annoying in a weird way. Maybe the trailer would work with it or some other edit I can't be arsed to do cos no-one would care anyway lol
