Another fear for me is choosing a profession in the future that I will fail at :SLizatonic said:Failing at my chosen profession and living out of a cardboard box.
Bears? Why hello there, Mr. Colbert.black lincon said:Bears and wolves. You can have you deep fears, I'll stick with the one that can eat me.
Actually that was a reference to Mike Birbiglia. The two backdrops to his comedy central presents shows are the aforementioned animals and he does a joke about going on a date and his date mentions her fears and they're all deep and when she asks him he says, "bears". its a lot funnier when he tells it especially since I decided to throw away comedic timing, but it wasn't in reference to Colbert although I do find him hilarious.Michael_McCloud said:Bears? Wolves? Have you ever been close to one before? They're not nearly as terrible as people make them out to be. If you treat them right, that is.
Ah, I'm afraid I don't watch much Comedy Central, so I didn't get the joke. Sorry about that.black lincon said:Actually that was a reference to Mike Birbiglia. don't worry, I didn't expect many to get it. He's funny but he is just one of the ones who's name gets overtaken by the numerous comedians of high popularity but dubious talent (Dane Cook, I'm looking at you).Michael_McCloud said:Ah, I'm afraid I don't watch much Comedy Central, so I didn't get the joke.
