Na, I don't disagree, considering both of the final bosses represented the same damn thing. They were both pretty fucking awesome.

I tohugh the final battle theme for 3 was Burn My Dread,it's been a while since I've played 3 so my memory is a little fuzzy. Either way they all kick ass

Why must you rob me of originality so? Oh well. As long as I'm being the same as everyone else anyway: I agree with you completely. Real shame to see how few games put effort into their music today and, to an even greater extent, the decline of boss fights.

It's tense. It's dramatic. It knows everything is at stake. It also feels somewhat desperate, as you fight out of conviction rather than love. Appropriate, given that the final enemy is a man who's been your friend throughout the entire game.

I know Doomsday Zone could be considered to be the final boss aswell, but I prefer this theme.

This has always been my favorite Final Boss theme, especially considering what it takes to get there as a kid.

While these two are great, I always preferred Sonic 2's final boss theme.
