Greatest/Funniest comedy lines

So, I was watching a comedy show called Blackadder earlier, and heard this piece of magnificence:

George: Oh sir, just one thing. If we should happen to tread on a
mine, what do we do?

Blackadder: Well, normal procedure, Lieutenant, is to jump 200 feet
into the air and scatter yourself over a wide area.

It cracks me up every time

I was just wondering, what do you think is a great comedy line, and which show is the greatest comedy ever?

Well....I can't think of any comedies right now, besides some really funny cartoons. Gah....my brain isn't working! What's wrong with me?

Anyway, Christmas Vacation isn't the funniest movie I've ever seen, but it's the only one I can think of right now, and this scene always cracks me up:

I think Blackadder is brilliant, series 2 3 and 4 are fantastic
But theres one line from a comedy show called peep show that just sticks in my head
"You want a washing machine, in the pub ?"
"It'll freak em out ! What the fucks a washing machine doing in a pub ?!?! JESUS ! I need a drink"

I know it doesn't make much sense out of context, but every time Chris O'Dowd says "I'm disabled!" in the IT Crowd it makes me burst out laughing.

HA! I love that show and that is indeed one of the best moments of the series

Okay, so it's a lot funnier in context. But knowing the context makes it funny in my mind. Although when I think about it, that entire movie is comedy GOLD. GOLD!! I tellz ya.
