From Heat; the bank robbery shootout in the street. Its so intense. Unfortunately the whole thing isnt on youtube for some reason, but this video has about 75% of it.
Another Micheal Mann film, the club shootout from Collateral. Big spoilers in this one!
Also the sniper scene in Hurt Locker is great.
You ninja, you!
Heat is not only one of my all time favorite movies, but it also has my favorite shootout in film history. Bar none.

Glad you agree though, the entire film is just wonderful. Di Niro, Pacino, Val Kilmer, wow. Everything about it just works - the cast the soundtrack, the locations, everything. I have a lot of trouble picking favourite films, but yeah - Heat is up there.
Slightly off topic, but what do you reckon your favourite part of the movie is? (difficult, I know

) - normally any cover of a Joy Division song ought to be considered sacrilege, but it goes so well with the highway scene, I cant help but choose this:

I'd second this one. Very violent, very chaotic, but very well portrayed. Damn, now I want to watch that film again...
Yeah, Mann's gunfights are usually pretty masterful. Public Enemies has some great battles too. He seems to capture a really visceral feel to his gunfights - the sound is always spot on and there's usually plenty of dust, bullet-holes, flying masonry fragments and shell casings everywhere. Top notch stuff.
