Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver:Awesome voice acting, great gameplay mechanics, a tragic protagonist and a fantastic story. What´s not to love?

Final Fantasy VIII: Great story and it improved FFVII´s visuals a lot.My favourite FF on the psone. I know i´m on the minority though.

Metal Hear Solid: Simply the best game on the psone. Kojima was on a roll and (re)invented the term sneak´em up.

Silent Hill: Survival Horror was redefined with this game.Outstanding atmosphere. Resident what??!

Nothing comes remotely close to these games on the PSone IMHO.

Nothing new here.

Hogs of war ... worms but more funny and harder.

MGS, just wow. First game to come up with "heres a butt load of guns now don't use them" and be popular (although I think MG 1+2 might have got there before that). It also shattered the 4th wall in a way that, even to this day, has never been out done. (to my knowledge anyway)
