Zakahev's son. He's not very good but the first time I played the game I shot him and the game got pissed at me but then he just... I won't go on for anyone who hasn't played the game. (I don't know how to use spoilers).
Mr X was the most skillful, he managed to take over a city three times with an army of thugs and only one gun!
EDIT: Ok, in 3 he wisened up a bit and actually gave his minions shooty blasty things.

Lich King? ._. He kills you and then raises you from the dead so that you become the very thing you were fighting against? Also you'll probably be raised as a ghoul, and then he makes you ugly aswell. I think thats mean.
But GLaDOS might indeed be worse. Even though I felt uneasy with all the "khhzzrkh" that interrupted her alot in the beginning of the game. But the deeper into the game, the more uneasy I got, and I was almost convinced that I was fucked when I saw all "the cake is a lie", "shes watching" and so on graffiti inside of the walls where the person before had desperatly tried to survive.
... Yeah, GLaDOS is worse. But I love her anyway.

They guy is charismatic, believes in what he does so much it's obvious why people follow him, he's smart and ruthless when he needs to be. If the character was real, he would be a very serious threat, globally.
