I picked green... Then I took Pristiq.

Destroy just felt wrong... especially since I had brokered peace between the Quarians and the Geth. Using destroy would be committing genocide on the Geth, and in the process destroy everything Legion had sacrificed himself for.

I can't even begin to say how much I wanted to throw Little MacGuffin's stupid logic back in his face by having already proven him wrong. There should have been a "resist" option, because my Shepard wouldn't just lie down and accept that without trying to find another way. I always played my Shepard as a ridiculously stubborn peacemaker, who wouldn't give up fighting even if he was reduced to a greasy red smear on the ground.

I spent a few minutes shooting the translucent little gnat in the head before I chose what I thought was the lesser of three evils at the time.

What color did you chose?
Red, because I couldn't get green, because I don't have an Xbox Gold account and bEAware appear to have lied by saying you don't need to play multiplayer to get the best endings.

Well, the "best" ending. The best colour filter.
I got green without touching the online

OT: i chose green, felt the best choice

If it is the true ending I chose green. I just couldn't screw over Legion and Edi/Joker, not to mention everyone who relies on tech to live (quarians, volus, etc). I do have a red save though.

First i picked synthesis(forgot the color..), then i thought "this kinda sucks" and picked the red one, shut off the game and went for a smoke to calm my rage.

I chose control. It's the best option if you actually think about it. Say you wanted to destroy the reapers but don't want to dry all those nice geths and send everyone back to the stoneage...

Control the reapers, and if you think reaper tech is naughty what the hell is to stop you from steering all the reapers into the nearest sun? shazaam, reapers destroyed, no collateral damage. durr

Yellow, because GREEN IS NOT A GORRAM PRIMARY COLOR.

Also, I'm not playing Mass Effect 3 unless I can get an "INCLUDES ALL THE THINGS" battle chest or something.

Octarine. Because visible non-fictional colours are way too mainstream for me.

On a serious note, I never played Mass Effect 3. But I'd probably go with green, as that sounds like the most logical and least stupid choice.
If it had been me on the platform with the Starchild, I'd have told it to go and fuck itself and let the cycle continue. I'd probably also unleash a litany of insults at the god child about how monumentally stupid the whole cycle is and how batshit crazy it would have to be to think its solutions could help anyone. I'd also call its mother a cheap whore.

red because i follow the indoctrination theory and that little bastard star child (and the real kid who i had been shouting obscenities at the whole game) are not getting my mind

Well, I haven't played any Mass Effect game and I probably never will unless EA gives up on Origin and goes back to Steam.
Or the MAss Effect franchise gets sold to a publisher who does release it on Steam.
Anyway, when I saw the title, I thought it would be for which colour I prefer.
And that would be red.
Especially if it involves lightsabers.

I rolled with it. I listened to the star baby catalyst satan child thing. I was wondering where they were going with all this.

I chose green because it was stupid and made the least sense (and that reasoning seemed so appealing at the time.) Blue didn?t seem like such a bad idea, but I hated the idea of red. A new AI would eventually arise and although the reapers would be stopped in the present, the cycle would continue ? eventually, and the whole mission would mean nothing apart from sending all galactic life back a few epochs (roughly 50,000 years? Maybe less?) So red definitely seemed like the worse possible option, but on reflection I?m not sure at that point I was even paying attention to the other options and how to get them.

After the beam of green, a lot of shit went down and none of it made much sense (so I got what I chose I guess.) I do remember thinking that at least this would be good news for Joker and EDI who?re now more ?compatible,? but then... I just sat through the credits; the sheer enormity of the jarring stupidity sinking in bit by bit. Even so, the indoctrination theory is nonsense as far as I'm concerned.

But to be fair, I?m really feeling bad for the people who haven?t played the Mass Effect games who must be so tired of these threads with the knowledge that this will continue for a good while yet. Maybe it?s them who should ?hold the line.?

All of them. I reloaded and did each of them, since you know, as nearly a 100% Paragon Shep, I could.

Red.

I'd come too far to grow a conscience about destroying some fucking robots, even if Legion had still been alive, I'd have sacraficed him in a moment to ensure the Reapers were crushed.

I like to think that our predecessors would learn from our decisions and not be idiotic enough to create fucking Skynet.

Also, of the three, Red is the only one which made true sense. When the other two options are "SPACE MAGIC" and leaving an army of super-powerful giant Robot Cuttlefish floating in dark space, I choose to be on the safe side and totally wipe them out.

Blue.

Because I was told I would control the Reapers. I had already decided that logic was fucked so might as well keep up the trend of being completely illogical.

I went over the choices with my father because they all sounded craptastic to me, so we went with the green space magic. I didn't want to kill EDI and the geth since I adore the geth, control sounded like I was relying too much on a sane Shepard, and synthesis...well it sucked but I was hoping the inherent DNA would be the same just with some synthetic upgrades.

All the endings were still crap, crappier, and craptastic.

edit: I am glad to know I wasn't the only one that spend a good few minutes trying to shoot the God thing. I was hoping it was a massive troll. Still hoping, but it wouldn't be as funny now.

Also the fourth choice should be yellow and a fifth one purple...and a sixth one orange, to represent more colors. Maybe I wouldn't have been as sad if it was yellow space magic everywhere.
