It sucks, I know. but then there are many advantages to growing up. meeting new people, having money...did I mention money?
I want your life. Money is hard to come by for me at the moment, regardless of having a job.
I don't have that good a wage. I'm just damn good at saving.

Ya know it's like one of those movies where everyone grows up and drifts apart, it's sad because I wish I had more time to hang out, but we all got responsibilities(sp) now. Our lives aren't really syncronized so it becomes hard to find time to get togethor. Heck we woulden't even have to play video games (though i'd like to) just being able to socialize would be nice.
I see what you mean. Hell, my friends and I drifted apart long before high school ended. These days, it feels like developing any kind of emotional attachment to people will only end up in disappointment. You might meet a person at work/school/wherever and have a few laughs and some good conversation, and think "We're gonna be good friends." only for that person to inexplicably disappear and never be heard from again.

I think I have a slightly different view really.. I enjoyed it greatly.. could be just how I was raised, and guided...Never spent much time as a all out child.

looking back though , I admit I miss how EASY being a kid was, going to school, cleaning your room....thats it, thats all your life really needed to do.. you always had food, always had a roof, all that teen drama my friends had going on... " thankfully I was smart enough to avoid that and never had the emotional irrational roller coaster)" was really......a non issue..
