Did I miss the memo? Or was everyone always such a retard on that site?

It used to have some pretty good flashes here and there, but now the shit that they've just been submitting day after day is too much!

It's pratically overflowing with shit from The Clock Crew, The Kitty Krew, and even Tom Fulp, the head director is a perfect example of an overage assbag.

Sorry if I'm ranting, but share your thoughts on Newgrounds.

The Clock Crew does have their moments of brilliance. Tom Fulp USED to be pretty inspired, but has since become a little self-indulgent.

The Newgrounds BBS is easily the lowest common denominator of the net, namely the "General" and the "Politics" sections. Both boards suffer from a severe lack of serious moderation, and nearly 80% of all politics posts are "Communism is AWESOME!!1!!!111!!!"... bleh.

Really, it has been consumed by the barren wasteland that surrounds the tiny islands of win that make up the internet.

To be honest, as the internet opens up to younger and younger aged children most websites start to slowly decay and degenerate into mush, under the constant bombardment of 13 year olds who think they know everything, and squeaky voiced kids that have nothing better to do then learn to swear.

You know, I'd bet that The Escapist is gonna do that someday too. Even Gaia Online used to be a nice place, back in the day. Seems like everything good on the internet degenerates with age.

OT: Have you checked out the School 13 series? You have to watch it subtitled cause it's from russia, but it's easily the best shit on Newgrounds, also Egoraptor is pushing shit out once a month. I just think you need to check more than just the same old shit, try new things, and avoid the people who produce stuff you don't like.
