I recently got Grand Theft Auto complete for PC and when U try to play GTA 3 it doesn't work.
The opening cut scene (you and catalina robbing banks) has green lines all over it and when the game should start it crashes and asks if I'd like to send an error report.
My card is an Intel GMA 950 if that helps.
I can run Vice City max settings no problems so I don't know why this is happening.
